Printful's own WooCommerce plugin is free and has more than 50,000 shops on it. It also
sits at 2.5 stars, and the reviews keep describing the same day: the sync stopped, nobody
said anything, and the shop found out when a customer ordered something Printful no longer makes.
PODSync was written for that day. The free plugin copies your products, prices and stock,
checks its own surroundings before every run, and writes a plain log of what happened.
PODSync Pro adds the parts a shop needs once it is actually selling.
What you are paying for
A sync that says when it fails. Every run is logged in plain English. A product
that arrives incomplete is skipped and named, instead of being written half finished.
Real variations. Every Printful size and colour becomes a WooCommerce variation
with its own price, product code and stock status. A sold out colour says so on its own.
Orders that wait for you. A paid order is sent to Printful as a draft and held
for your approval, so nothing goes into production until you confirm it. You can switch
that to automatic once you trust it.
Live shipping rates that cannot hold up a checkout. One attempt, a three second
limit, answers cached for twenty minutes. If Printful is slow, unsure, or quotes in another
currency, no rate is added and your own shipping methods are used.
What it will not do
Switch anything off. If the licence lapses, or our licence server is unreachable,
PODSync keeps syncing exactly as before. You stop getting updates and support, not features.
Delete or overwrite products and variations you made by hand.
Overwrite a price when Printful and your shop use different currencies.
Fill your dashboard with notices and adverts.
Do not buy this if
You sell one size in one colour. The free plugin already covers you.
You want Printful's design tools, mockups or sample discounts. Those are theirs, and
you can keep their plugin installed alongside ours.
Your free sync has never run once on this shop. Make it work free first, then pay.
About $3.25 a month for one shop. One missed out of stock order usually costs
more than that. A licence covers updates and support for a year, and you can move a shop
between sites from your Polar customer portal.
Before you buy
Install the free plugin
first and let one sync run. If it copies your products the way you expect, Pro will too, because
it uses the same code underneath. If the free sync has trouble on your shop, tell us before
paying: support@namubase.com. We would rather fix it
than take the money and have you ask for it back.
